Harith J. Razaa is the founder of Razaa Law Firm PLLC, where he combines national-level tax experience with the personalized counsel of a boutique practice. He has built his career across public service, private practice, and corporate counsel roles, giving him a rare perspective on the challenges facing businesses, individuals, and families alike.

Harith previously served as Senior Tax Counsel for ExxonMobil Corporation, Tax Attorney with the IRS, Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, D.C., and as a Senior Tax Associate at Ernst & Young. His experience spans corporate transactions, tax controversy, estate planning, and cross-border matters, making him a trusted counsel for clients with both personal and business needs.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Harith completed his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University and is a proud graduate of Catholic High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Harith is admitted to practice law in Illinois and is also admitted to the United States Tax Court.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Harith values strong community ties and a down-to-earth approach with his clients. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found on the golf course.
